Hotel Vila Lumbung is a grand small hotel; an exotic village of grass roofed Balinese style houses surrounded by masterly designed tropical gardens. The special shape of the grass-roof villas is derived from the typical Balinese "Lumbung". The upper part of this center hut of each family compound serves as a rice barn, while the lower floor - an elevated sitting area ("The Bale") - is used as a meeting place, which we transformed this concept into a unique design of our guestrooms.

Hotel Vila Lumbung is the ideal place for individual travelers, who look for quietness, tranquility and natural beauty. Lush tropical gardens surround the dome-shaped exotic grass-roof houses in typical Balinese "Lumbung" style. Just 28 rooms (14 downstairs with spacious terrace and 14 upstairs with spacious rooftop) plus 2 deluxe villas (3 bedrooms each).

The hotel features a large 2-split level swimming pool with direct access to a cozy restaurant that provides nice atmosphere and innovative cuisine at very reasonable prices. There is also an exclusive souvenir shop that sells special designed fashionable jewelry, while tours can be arranged at our tour desk. For the more energetic, attractive beach of Kerobokan is only #800M away - jogging or walking will be quite enjoyable.

Superior Bungalow - 8 rooms with twin or double bed
Each Superior Garden Floor Room has twin or double beds surrounded by masterly designed tropical garden and a large private terrace and out-door "Bale". All Garden floor rooms can only accommodate single or double occupancy and/or a family with small children not required an extra-bed. The ”Bale” is located outside adjacent to the terrace. So, it can be used only for a day bed to relax. Room size: 53 square meters.

Deluxe Bungalow - 13 rooms with twin or double bed
Each Deluxe Rooftop Floor Room has twin or double beds, a private balcony with great view and in-door "Bale". All Rooftop floor rooms can accommodate single, double/twin and/or triple occupancy as well as family with children. As the Bale is inside and integrated as part of the room, it can function as a day bed or bed for children and/or extra person. In this case, bed sheets and pillows will be provided. Room size: 65 square meters.

Deluxe Family Bungalow - 5 rooms (3 with kitchen)
Each Deluxe Garden floor Room has twin or double beds, a large garden bathroom with separate shower and bath, a large private terrace and is surrounded by masterly designed lush tropical gardens. The day- bed or Bale is inside and integrated as part of the room. As with the roof top floor rooms this can be used as a bed for children or for an extra person. From the 5 rooms of this category 3 are provided with a fully equipped kitchen. Room size: 65 square meters.

3-Bedrooms Deluxe Villa - 2 units
Each of our 3-bedrooms deluxe-villa is perfect for family. It has a spacious air-conditioned living area including kitchenette, kitchen utensil, diner sets, cutlery, gas stove and other kitchen necessities. A colour TV set is placed in the living room area and in-room safe deposit box available in master bedroom and second bedroom only. Size: 200 square meters / Maximum capacity: 6 adults per villa. Bed configurations: Main-bedroom, located on the ground floor, equipped with a king-size bed overlooking the beautiful private walled garden and attached bathroom with open-air shower, in-room safe and spacious wardrobe. 2nd floor bedroom has Hollywood twin beds with attached bathroom and shower, in-room safe and spacious wardrobe. 3rd-floor bedroom has a double bed and shares the same entrance and bathroom with 2nd floor room.

   All rates are net/night, applicable for single or double occupancy and inclusive of 21% tax & service charge, welcome drink & fresh fruit upon arrival, daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season: August 1 - 31; Peak season: December 20 - January 5.
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 13:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability.
4. Booking / Reservation
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile will guarantee the reservation.
