TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Rates
   All rates are net/room/night, applicable for single or double occupancy and inclusive of 21% tax & service charge, welcome drink on arrival and daily buffet breakfast for 2 persons.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season: July 1 - August 31; Peak season: December 23 - January 5.
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability.
4. Booking / Reservation
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile will guarantee the reservation.
